All Products are intended for adult use only. You may not purchase from our website if you are under the age of 18 for yourself or anyone else under the age of 18. This is a strict policy.

All purchases are final. Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations unless there is error on our part. Please take time to read the item descriptions and to decide on your purchase.

We do combine orders, only to the same address. We do not change adresses or names at this time.

Inspect your items before opening the sealed packaging. Our assistance is greatly limited once you open the bag. We are not responsible for damaged that could have been caused by handling. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately.

In stock items will ship within two weeks of the purchase date. Generally it will be within a few business days.

We are not responsible for incorrect addresses or shipping information. Please make sure your shipping information is correct when placing the order. If you have entered the wrong address, please contact us ASAP. We are not responsible for re-shipping fees if a package is mailed back to us due to an incorrect address. A restocking fee will be charged if it ends up as a cancellation.

We are not responsible for how long mail transit times are. Once we deliver the package to the post office, it's out of our hands. We have no control over mail delivery delays. Please make your purchases accordingly especially during holiday times.

We are not responsible for lost packages, please follow up with your mail carrier.

International buyers- You are responsible for your custom/import tax. We will not reimburse any shipping if your item is mailed back to us. You will be responsible for covering any shipping costs to reship the item. Failure to do so will result in a cancelation and restocking fee.

All of our products are hand made of 100% platinum cure silicone and body safe pigments. Due to their handmade nature small scuffs,scratches, mold texture, and occasional small pigment spots will not be considered defects.

We ship from a pet friendly home. Please wash your products before use.

We reserve the right to refuse service as we see fit.
